- While the zucchini is broiling, whisk together the heavy cream, dried thyme, garlic powder, parmesan cheese, and flour in a small bowl.
- Assemble the Dish:
- Pour the cream mixture evenly over the partially cooked zucchini.
- Top with Gruyère cheese and panko breadcrumbs.
- Broil Until Golden:
- Return the dish to the oven and broil until the top is golden brown and bubbly, 4-5 minutes.
- Serve:
