Instructions:
Heat the oil or butter in a pan over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic (if using) and sauté for a few seconds until fragrant.
Add the shredded cabbage and cook for about 3–5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it softens.
Push the cabbage to one side of the pan and crack the eggs on the empty side.
Scramble the eggs slightly, then mix them with the cabbage.
Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and soy sauce (if using). Stir everything together.
Cook for another 1–2 minutes until the eggs are fully set.
Garnish with green onions or parsley and serve warm.
Serving Ideas:
Enjoy it as is, or serve it with toast, avocado, or a side of rice for a more filling meal.
