2. Cook the Chicken
Add the ground chicken and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon. Add garlic, Cajun seasoning, paprika, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir well to coat evenly.
3. Build the Sauce
Stir in the tomato paste and chicken broth. Simmer on low for 5–7 minutes until thickened.
4. Make It Cheesy
Reduce the heat and fold in the cheddar cheese. Stir until fully melted and creamy.
5. Serve
Spoon the cheesy Cajun chicken mixture onto toasted buns. Serve hot and get ready for the flavor explosion!
