Instructions:
For the Steak:
Season the Steak: In a bowl, toss the steak strips with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until the steak is evenly coated.
Cook the Steak: Heat a large skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the steak strips for 3-4 minutes per side, until they are cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
For the Shrimp:
Season the Shrimp: In a separate bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, minced garlic, lemon juice, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Cook the Shrimp: In the same skillet used for the steak, add a little more olive oil if needed. Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until they are pink and opaque. Remove from the heat.
Assemble the Feast:
Combine and Serve: Plate the Cajun steak and shrimp together on a large platter or individual plates. Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges for an extra burst of flavor.
Optional Sides: Serve with steamed rice, garlic bread, or roasted vegetables for a complete meal.
