How to Make Pineapple Cake Bars:

1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Blend together the flour and sugar for the crust mixture.
3. Cut in the cold butter until the mixture is crumbly. Reserve 1 cup of this mixture for later.
4. Press the remaining crust mixture into the bottom of a well greased 9×13 baking dish.
5. Bake for 15 minutes.
6. Blend together the filling ingredients, and spread them over the pre-baked crust in the baking dish.
7. Top with the reserved crust mixture crumbled.
8. Bake for 1 hour.
9. Let cook for 15-20 minutes
10. Beat together the icing ingredients until smooth.
11. Drizzle the icing over the bars, adding more half and half if needed to thin the icing.
12. Slice and serve.
