1. Prepare the pudding base:
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until smooth and thickened (about 2–3 minutes). Fold in the whipped topping until fully combined. Chill while prepping other ingredients.
2. Chop apples & Snickers:
Core and dice the apples into bite-sized chunks.
Chop Snickers bars into small pieces. (Tip: chill them a bit for cleaner cuts.)
3. Mix it all together:
In a large bowl, gently fold the apples and Snickers into the pudding/whipped topping mixture. Add ½ cup of caramel sauce and mix again.
4. Chill (optional but recommended):
Refrigerate for 1–2 hours to let the flavors blend and the salad firm up.
5. Serve & drizzle:
Drizzle extra caramel sauce on top just before serving. Optionally, top with crushed peanuts or extra Snickers bits.
🍽️ Tips & Variations:
Make it lighter: Use sugar-free pudding, light whipped topping, and reduced-fat Snickers (or substitute with granola & dark chocolate).
Add crunch: Toss in chopped peanuts or toffee bits for extra texture.
Flavor twist: Use butterscotch or cheesecake pudding instead of vanilla.
