1 pound (450 grams) shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup (240 ml) chicken broth
1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon paprika
