- Preheat the oven to 190°C/374°F.
- Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut them into spoonfuls. Brush each pastry spoon with egg wash (egg yolk beaten with milk) and garnish with sesame seeds.
- Place the spoon on a tube of aluminum foil as shown in the video. Bake for 15 minutes.
- Serve each ball with cream cheese, a piece of salad and a slice of rolled salmon.
