Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (gas mark 6).
Cut the tartiflette cheese into thin slices. Wash the potatoes and mash the garlic cloves.
Place the potatoes in a baking dish with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and the garlic cloves. Season with salt and pepper, mix and bake.
Place the filet mignon on the work surface. Line the top with the tartiflette cheese slices, then wrap it in the chorizo slices, overlapping them slightly. Tie the fillet along its entire length.
Place the fillet in the potato dish and bake for 25 minutes. Serve hot.
