Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons sunflower oil

½ pound ground beef (225g)
1 medium onion (150g), diced
1 bell pepper (150g), diced
1 large tomato (150g), diced
2-3 spring onions, finely chopped
1 large egg, beaten
