Warm the naan – Heat each naan on a pan with a little butter or ghee until soft and slightly crisp on the outside.
Assemble – Place cooked kebabs on one naan, sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella generously over the top.
Melt the cheese – You can cover the naan with another naan and heat on low until cheese melts, or briefly broil in the oven.
Add extra flavor – Drizzle with chili oil for heat.
