Before adding the eggs to any recently cooked mashed potatoes, make sure they have cooled completely.
To prevent the potato mixture from becoming thick and gooey, take careful not to overmix it.
To fill the muffin pan cups simply, use a tiny cookie or portion scoop.
Instead of using a little muffin pan, use a regular muffin tin for puffs that are crispier.
Brown the puffs to perfection by baking them on the lowest oven rack.
After taking puffs out of the pan, let them 5 minutes to set up.
