Instructions

First Step Preparing the Mashed Potatoes

After boiling the potatoes until soft drain them and place them in a large mixing bowl Mash the potatoes while they are still warm Add the butter milk salt and pepper then mix until smooth and creamy Let the mashed potatoes cool slightly before proceeding

Second Step Preparing the Potato Puff Mixture

Once the mashed potatoes have cooled add the shredded cheese chopped chives and egg Stir well until all ingredients are combined
