Step 3: Assembling the Bread
Lightly flour your work surface and roll the dough into a rectangular shape, about 12 inches by 18 inches (30 cm by 45 cm).
Spread the spinach and cheese filling evenly across the center of the dough, leaving about 1 inch of space along the edges.
