Step 1: Preparing the Dish

Begin by preheating your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C) and greasing a 9Γ—13 inch baking dish.

Step 2: Layering the Ingredients

Arrange the chicken breasts in a single layer at the bottom of the baking dish.

Scatter the fresh baby spinach and sliced mushrooms evenly over the chicken.

Sprinkle Weber Herb and Garlic Seasoning and pepper over the top of the spinach and mushrooms. Adjust the seasoning according to your taste preferences.

Step 3: Preparing the Creamy Sauce

In a microwave-safe bowl, soften the green onion cream cheese until it’s easily whiskable.

Whisk in the olive oil and chicken broth until you have a smooth, creamy mixture.

Step 4: Baking the Dish

Cover the baking dish loosely with foil. The foil should rest on top but not be tightly sealed.
