Instructions
Step 01
Prepare the brownies according to the package instructions and allow them to cool completely. Once cooled, cut the brownies into small squares.

In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy. Add the milk and vanilla extract, mixing until combined. Gradually stir in the flour until fully incorporated, then fold in the mini chocolate chips.
Step 03
Roll the cookie dough mixture into small balls, about 1 tablespoon each.
Step 04
Flatten each brownie square and wrap it around a cookie dough ball, ensuring the dough ball is fully enclosed within the brownie.
Step 05
Melt the chocolate candy melts according to the package instructions. Dip each brownie bomb into the melted chocolate and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Step 06
Add sprinkles on top if desired, before the chocolate sets. Refrigerate the brownie bombs until the chocolate is fully set.
Notes
- For extra flavor, sprinkle sea salt on top of the bombs before the chocolate hardens.
