Prepare the Dough:

- In a mixing bowl, beat 1 egg with 80 grams of sugar until light and frothy.
- Add 8 grams of vanilla yeast, 50 ml of oil, and 50 grams of soft butter. Mix until smooth.
- Sift in 250 grams of flour and 10 grams of baking powder. Combine until a soft dough forms.
- Set the dough aside to rest while preparing the chocolate cream.
Prepare the Chocolate Cream:

- In a saucepan, whisk together 1 egg, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and 4 tablespoons of cornstarch until smooth.

- Gradually add 400 ml of milk, whisking continuously to avoid lumps.
- Place the saucepan over medium heat and cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.
- Remove from heat and add 100 grams of dark chocolate, stirring until fully melted and incorporated.
- Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then fold in 200 ml of sweetened cream until smooth and creamy.
Assemble the Pastry:

- Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F).
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut it into desired shapes.
- Fill each pastry piece with a generous spoonful of the chocolate cream and fold or seal the edges as needed.
- Place the pastries on a baking sheet and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
Bake and Finish:

- Bake the pastries for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before dusting with powdered sugar.
- Serve warm and enjoy the rich, chocolatey goodness!
