1. Whisk together the sugar, Cocoa, flour, and milk. Make sure there are no lumps.
2. Cook on medium high heat stirring frequently and bring to a boil.
3. Reduce heat to medium. Continue to stir frequently for about 5 minutes, or until the gravy’s thickness is to your liking. It will thicken up as it sits. Chocolate gravy should be a little runnier than normal gravy.
4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and butter. Serve with biscuits and enjoy.
