Grind the biscuits in the mixer until they become powder. Pour them into a bowl, add the cocoa powder and mix. Also add the condensed milk and mix with a wooden spoon until you get a soft mixture.
Form small balls of dough and place them on a plate covered with cling film. Leave to harden in the refrigerator. In the meantime, prepare the icing: heat the crème fraîche and pour it over the chopped chocolate. Mix until you obtain a smooth cream.
Dip the balls in the chocolate glaze, place them on a tray and let them cool. Decorate the chocolates with the remaining glaze. Your cookie truffles are ready to be served
