Assemble the Casserole:

3. Layer the cooked popcorn chicken over the mashed potatoes.
4. Sprinkle the thawed corn evenly over the chicken.
5. Pour the prepared gravy evenly over the entire casserole.
6. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake the Casserole:
1. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve:
1. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired. Serve hot.
