Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Prepare the Cream Cheese Mixture:
In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, ranch dressing mix, onion powder, black pepper, and green onions. Mix until smooth.
Add Chicken and Bacon:
Stir in the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, and 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until evenly combined.
Layer the Sliders:
Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally. Place the bottom halves into the dish.
Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the rolls.
Top with Cheese:
Sprinkle the remaining 1½ cups cheddar cheese over the chicken layer. Place the tops of the rolls over the cheese.
Prepare Butter Mixture:
Melt the butter in a bowl. Stir in parmesan cheese and chopped chives (if using).
Brush Butter Mixture:
Brush the butter mixture generously over the tops of the rolls.
Bake:
Cover the dish with foil. Bake for 25 minutes, then remove foil and bake for another 8 minutes, until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve:
Allow to cool slightly, slice into sliders, and serve warm. Enjoy the irresistible flavors!
