Ingredients:
- 1 large broccoli, cut into florets
- 1 small bunch of baby kale
- 12 cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 150 ml heavy cream
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 7 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt, to taste
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
- Prepare the Broccoli:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and chop the broccoli into small florets.
- In a large bowl, toss the broccoli florets with 1 tablespoon of olive oil until evenly coated.
