PREPARATION
Scrub limes clean with soap and a brush or the rough side of a sponge. Some limes have a waxy coating—make sure to remove it since the peel will be used.
Cut off the ends of all 4 limes, then roughly chop them, keeping the peel on.
Add half of the limes, half of the water, and half of the sugar to a blender or large food processor. Blend for about 10–15 seconds.
Strain the blended mixture through a mesh strainer into a pitcher. Discard the pulp.
Repeat the blending and straining process with the remaining ingredients.
Stir in the sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
Adjust the sweetness to taste and serve over ice.
