Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until well combined and a creamy texture forms.
You can now prepare a casserole or similar dish. Briefly dip the biscuits in cold water or strong coffee, depending on your taste, and place a layer in the tin.
Spread a layer of the mascarpone cream mixture over the biscuits.
Repeat the process until all the ingredients are used up or the pan is full. Make sure the top layer is the mascarpone cream mixture.
Now, melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave. Spread the melted chocolate evenly over the surface of the dessert.
Optional: Sprinkle chopped nuts or fruit over the chocolate frosting for added flavor and decoration.
Let the dessert sit in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours to set and the flavors blend well.
Serve the dessert chilled and enjoy with friends and family!
