In a separate pot, cook rotini pasta according to package instructions. Reserve a cup of pasta water.
Pour heavy cream into the skillet with the chicken. Simmer until slightly thickened.
Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce is creamy. Add pasta and toss to coat, adding pasta water if needed.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
