- Peel and dice the peaches into small pieces. Zest and juice the orange, making sure to discard any seeds.
- Cook the Jam:
- In a small saucepan, combine the diced peaches, orange juice, orange zest, and sugar. Cook the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the fruit softens and begins to break down, about 10-15 minutes.
- Thicken the Jam:
- In a small bowl, dissolve the corn starch in the water to create a slurry. Stir the slurry into the fruit mixture and continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes until the jam thickens.
