Base:
200g (about 7 oz) chocolate biscuits or graham crackers
75g (5 tbsp) melted butter
Cream Layer:
250g (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
300ml (1 1/4 cups) heavy cream (or whipping cream)
3 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Topping:
1 jar (about 350g) morello cherries in syrup, drained (reserve some syrup)
100g (3.5 oz) dark chocolate, chopped
2 tbsp reserved cherry syrup (for chocolate drizzle)
Optional: grated chocolate or chocolate curls for garnish
