2. Mix together the breadcrumbs, garlic, olive oil, herbs, salt, pepper, parsley and grated cheese.
3. Coat the cauliflower in flour, then in beaten eggs and cover with the breadcrumbs made earlier.
4. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
5. Bake at 180° for 20 minutes.
6. For the sauce, mix together the sour cream, yogurt, parsley, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
