Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two 9-inch round cake pans.
2. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
3. Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla; beat on medium speed until well combined.
4. Stir in boiling water, the batter will be thin.
5. Pour evenly into pans and bake for 30-35 minutes.
6. Let cakes cool in pans for 10 minutes, then transfer to wire racks.
