Instructions:
Initial stage: In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
Mix in the vegetables: Add the diced green onions and green bell pepper to the cream cheese mixture. Stir carefully until well combined.
Add the spices and nuts: Mix in the seasoned salt, lemon pepper seasoning, and half of the chopped pecans.
Form the cheeseball: Transfer the mixture onto a sheet of plastic wrap, and roll it into a ball. Once shaped, refrigerate overnight to allow the flavors to meld together.
Before serving: Roll the cheeseball in the remaining chopped pecans to coat it evenly.
Serving: Place the cheeseball in the center of a plate, and surround it with a variety of crackers.
