Ingredients:

  • Lotus Biscoff Cookies: 7 oz (200g) for crumbs, 5 whole cookies for garnish
  • Milk: 1 ¾ cups (420 ml)
  • Custard Powder: 1 ½ tablespoons
  • Sugar: 2 tablespoons (divided)
  • Whipping Cream: 1 ¾ cups (420 ml)
  • Vanilla Powder or Essence: A pinch

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Crumbs:
    Grind 7 oz of Lotus Biscoff cookies in a food processor until you achieve fine crumbs. Set aside.
  2. Mix the Custard:
    In a small bowl, combine ¼ cup of the milk with the custard powder, whisking until smooth and free of lumps.
