Instructions:

1. Preheat the Oven:
   • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9×13 baking dish with cooking spray.
2. Cook the Ground Meat:
   • In a large skillet, cook ground meat, onion, and garlic until the meat is cooked through. Drain if necessary.
3. Prepare the Sauce:
   • Add cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and Worcestershire sauce to the ground meat, and mix thoroughly. Stir in the frozen mixed vegetables.
4. Assemble the Casserole:
   • Place the meat and vegetable mixture in the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish. Top with 4 oz of freshly shredded cheddar.
5. Add Potato Tots:
   • Place frozen potato tots, in a single layer, on top of the cheddar layer. Depending on the size/shape of your dish, you may have some extra.
6. Bake:
   • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes. Remove from the oven and top with the remaining 4 oz of freshly shredded cheddar. Bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
7. Enjoy:
   • Remove from the oven, let it cool for a moment, and then dive into the comforting goodness of your Tater Tot Casserole. Enjoy!
