Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9×13 baking dish with cooking spray.
- Cook the Ground Meat:
- In a large skillet, cook ground meat, onion, and garlic until the meat is cooked through. Drain if necessary.

- Add Potato Tots:
- Place frozen potato tots, in a single layer, on top of the cheddar layer. Depending on the size/shape of your dish, you may have some extra.
- Bake:
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes. Remove from the oven and top with the remaining 4 oz of freshly shredded cheddar. Bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
- Enjoy:
- Remove from the oven, let it cool for a moment, and then dive into the comforting goodness of your Tater Tot Casserole. Enjoy!
