How to Use Rosemary for Natural Relief

Instructions:

  1. Find fresh rosemary: Take a small sprig of fresh rosemary and gently rub it between your fingers to release its natural oils.
  2. Place it on your neck: Position the sprig on the back of your neck, directly over the area where you might feel tension.
  3. Secure with a cloth: Use a bandana or soft cloth to secure the rosemary in place, allowing it to rest on your neck comfortably. You can wear it for 30 minutes to an hour or until you feel its soothing effects.
