Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. - Mix the ingredients:
In a medium bowl, mix together the peanut butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and egg until smooth and well combined. - Add the chocolate chips:
Gently fold in the chocolate chips until they are evenly distributed in the dough. - Form the cookies:
Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll them into balls. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Use a fork to press down on each ball, creating a crisscross pattern. - Bake:
