Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease and flour a cake pan. In a blender, combine the sweetened condensed milk and eggs. Blend for about 2 minutes until the mixture is smooth and well-combined.
Gradually add the cornstarch, blending continuously until the batter is smooth and uniform.
Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the cake is lightly golden and firm to the touch.
Tip: Use a toothpick to test doneness. Insert it into the center of the cake; if it comes out clean, the cake is ready.
Remove the cake from the oven and allow it to cool in the pan for a few minutes before turning it out onto a serving plate.
Optionally, you can add a topping of your choice before serving. Enjoy it for breakfast or as an afternoon snack!
