Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise, crab meat, green onions, Old Bay seasoning, shredded cheese, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles. Place about 1 tablespoon of crab mixture at the wide end of each triangle, then roll up like a crescent roll.
Place crescents on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Optional: Sprinkle with parsley or paprika before serving.
Notes
Use mini muffin tins and press the dough in to make little crab cups.
Add a touch of lemon zest or a dash of hot sauce for extra flavor.
Serve with a side of garlic aioli or cocktail sauce.
