Notes:

• If you’re feeling less like powdered sugar and more like frosting (or even sandwich cookies) do that instead!
• Because of the minimal ingredients and easy prep, this is a really great recipe to make with kids!
• If you want your cookies to be less cakey, try using just 1 egg instead of 2.
