1. Make the ocean water (blue gelatin):
Dissolve 2 boxes of blue gelatin in 2 cups boiling water, stir until fully dissolved.
Add 2 cups cold water, stir again. Let cool for 10–15 minutes.
2. Prep the sand layer:
Crush the cookies or graham crackers into fine crumbs using a food processor or zip-top bag + rolling pin.
Spoon 2–3 tablespoons into the bottom of each cup to form the sandy ocean floor.
3. Add your ocean life:
Place 1–2 gummy fish or sea creatures into each cup on top of the sand.
You can also attach gummy fish to the sides of the cup using a dab of corn syrup or gently press in before gelatin sets.
4. Pour in the ocean:
Carefully pour cooled blue gelatin into each cup until ¾ full.
Add more gummies or decorations if desired.
Chill in the fridge for 3–4 hours until set.
5. Add foam or waves (optional top layer):
Once the gelatin is firm, top with whipped cream or vanilla pudding for a foamy wave effect.
Garnish with extra candy (like seaweed, rocks, or fish) and a mint leaf “sea plant.”
