- Mix the Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the oats, peanut butter, and honey. Stir until the mixture is thoroughly combined and the oats are evenly coated. The mixture should be sticky but manageable. If it’s too thick, you can add a bit more honey or peanut butter to adjust the consistency.
- Press into a Pan: Line an 8×8 inch (or similar size) baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal. Transfer the oat mixture to the pan. Press it down firmly and evenly with the back of a spoon or your hands, ensuring it’s compact.
- Chill and Set: Refrigerate the pan for at least 1-2 hours, or until the mixture is firm and set. This chilling time allows the bars to solidify, making them easier to cut.
- Cut into Bars: Once set, lift the mixture out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang. Place it on a cutting board and cut into bars or squares of your desired size.
