. Optional: 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce (like Tabasco) for a spicy kick
. For Coating:
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 additional egg , beaten (for egg wash)
. For Frying:
Vegetable oil, for deep frying

Tartar sauce , cocktail sauce , or lemon wedges
