In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Pour in white wine and lemon juice. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley over the shrimp. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve immediately with crusty bread or over pasta.
