Instructions:
1. Prepare the Cake Batter:
In a blender, add the grated carrots, eggs, and oil. Blend until smooth.
Add the sugar and blend again for about 5 minutes until well combined.
Transfer to a large bowl, add the flour, and mix well using a whisk or mixer.
Stir in the baking powder gently with a spoon.
Pour the batter into a greased and floured baking pan.
2. Bake the Cake:
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Bake for about 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
3. Make the Chocolate Topping:
In a small saucepan, combine butter, cocoa powder, sugar, and milk.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick and creamy.
4. Finish and Serve:
Pour the chocolate topping over the warm cake.
Let cool for 40 to 50 minutes.
Slice and serve!
