- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons (6 g) instant yeast
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) warm milk
- 1 large egg
- 4 tablespoons (60 g) unsalted butter, softened
- For the Egg Wash:
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon milk
