Guidelines

1. Prepare the Fruit:

  1. Arrange Fruit: Using individual serving dishes or a large serving bowl, arrange the sliced banana, kiwi, persimmons, grapefruit, and apple. Set aside while you prepare the milk mixture.

2. Prepare the Agar-Agar Mixture:

  1. Soak Agar-Agar: In a small saucepan, combine the agar-agar with 50 milliliters of water. Allow it to soak for 3 to 5 minutes.
  2. Dissolve Agar-Agar: Stirring continuously, cook the mixture over medium heat until the agar-agar is completely dissolved. Once dissolved, remove from heat.

3. Blend the Milk Concoction:

  1. Heat Milk and Condensed Milk: In a separate saucepan, heat the milk and condensed milk over medium heat just until they blend together. Avoid bringing the mixture to a boil.
  2. Incorporate Agar-Agar: Add the dissolved agar-agar mixture to the warmed milk mixture. Stir thoroughly to ensure it is well incorporated.

4. Mix with Yogurt or Sour Cream:

  1. Cool Milk Mixture: Remove the milk mixture from the heat.
  2. Add Yogurt or Sour Cream: Ensure the yogurt or sour cream is at room temperature to prevent curdling. Blend it into the milk mixture until smooth and well combined.
