Instructions:
1. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium heat and add the chopped bacon. Cook until the bacon is crispy and the fat has rendered out.
2. Remove the bacon from the skillet and set aside, leaving the bacon fat in the pan.
3. In the same skillet, add the sliced sausage and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove the sausage and set aside.
4. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque. Remove the shrimp and set aside.
5. Add the olive oil and butter to the skillet. Once the butter has melted, add the diced onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion is translucent.
6. Add the thinly sliced cabbage to the skillet and stir to combine with the onion and garlic. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the cabbage is slightly wilted.
7. Season the cabbage with paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
8. Add the cooked sausage, shrimp, and crispy bacon back to the skillet. Stir to combine and cook for another 2-3 minutes to heat everything through.
9. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
10. Serve the fried cabbage with shrimp, sausage & bacon hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
