* How to cook:
1. Marinate the ribs: wash the ribs, pat dry, then marinate with 2 tablespoons of fish sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, ½ tablespoon of black bean sauce, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 3 tablespoons of cornstarch, a little pepper, then mix well, marinate for 30 minutes
2. Put oil in a pan, boil, then put the ribs in to fry, at first I will fry on low heat for about 10 minutes, then take the ribs out to drain the oil. Continue to boil the oil, then put the ribs in to fry again for about 2 minutes. Take the ribs out on a plate, let the oil drain, then sprinkle a little salt and pepper on top, toss well and you’re done
