In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the ground beef or beef strips to the skillet and cook until fully browned and cooked through. Break apart the ground beef as needed and drain any excess fat if necessary.
Stir in the honey, BBQ sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well and let the mixture simmer for 2–3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken and coat the beef.
