Season the Salmon: Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper.

Heat the Butter: In a non-stick skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.

Sear the Salmon: Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the skillet. Cook for 4-5 minutes without moving them to allow a golden crust to form.

Flip and Add Garlic: Gently flip the fillets over. Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter, minced garlic, and lemon juice.

Serve: Remove from the skillet, garnish with parsley, and serve with fresh lemon wedges.
