Instructions:
Place potatoes in a large pot of salted water and bring to a boil. Cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and mash.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken and steak cubes for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through and golden brown.
Serve chicken and steak bites over a generous portion of cheesy loaded mashed potatoes. Garnish with fresh parsley.
