Step 2: Assemble the Sandwiches

• Spread the pizza sauce: Take two slices of sourdough bread and spread a generous layer of pizza sauce on one side of each slice. This is where the pizza magic begins.
• Add the cheeses: On top of the pizza sauce, evenly distribute 1 cup of shredded mozzarella and 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan on each slice. These cheeses will melt together to create a rich, gooey center.
